📢 Well done to the boys pictured below who represented our school at a Cumann na mBunscol Lú Blitz in Stabannon today. They competed in the 7-a-side Sciath Uí Dhuinneachdha Peil na mBuachaillí and played against Stabannon N.S., Faughart C.N.S., Darver N.S. and Dromin N.S. The boys did us proud today and we look forward to many more outings across the year! Thank you so much to RBS Team Coach, Mr Gahon, who has been taking the boys for training sessions each week since we returned in September.👏
We are very proud and honoured to have achieved our new Active School Flag.🇫🇲
This is a Department of Education and Skills initiative that recognises schools that strive to achieve a physically active and physically educated school community.
Today we held an Active Flag Ceremony. This involved the Active Flag Committee raising the Active Flag in front of the entire school. Celebrations included singing, dancing and ice cream.🍦🍦🍦
Some of the classes in the junior end of our school have been busy testing and trialing our new Walkway ahead of active week. It is great to see active learning taking place in a cross curricular way!
I think it's fair to say that they all look like they are really enjoying it .👌
