📢 We are incredibly proud to celebrate a fantastic group of boys who have made both school and local history! We are the first Dundalk school to participate in the first ever Lego League Competition and this group of boys are travelling to the regional final in DCU this Thursday 26th February. 🚍
Thank you so much to Town Scientist, ran by former Redeemer Girls' School pupil Niamh Shaw, for bringing this initiative to our school and for supporting this wonderful group of boys along with lead teachers, Ms Corrigan and Mr McArdle. Thank you also to Town Scientist partners, Dundalk Credit Union, and to Engineers Ireland for supporting our participation.
This could truly be the beginning of something special for these boys. This initiative is not just a competition entry, but potentially the start of an exciting path in engineering, technology, and innovation.
